About The Position

Hulsing Hotels is seeking a General Manager to lead the 208-room Four Points by Sheraton Kansas City Airport as it transitions to a DoubleTree by Hilton. The newly renovated airport hotel serves airline crews, corporate and transient travelers, and group business, and includes an outdoor pool, fitness center, meeting rooms, an on-site restaurant and bar, and a complimentary airport shuttle. This is a transition-focused leadership role. The General Manager will oversee the final stages of the brand conversion—including brand standards, systems, signage, training, PIP close-out, and Hilton quality assurance—and build a team and culture that support a successful relaunch. The role is fully accountable for guest satisfaction, team engagement, revenue, financial performance, brand compliance, and the long-term condition of the property. The General Manager will lead the hotel as an on-site business leader, rebuild its guest reputation, and shape sales and revenue strategy under the Hilton Honors platform. The position reports to the Area General Manager and serves as the primary relationship manager with ownership, Hilton, and the Kansas City business community. Hulsing Hotels is part of Hulsing Enterprises, a privately held, entrepreneurial organization with corporate offices in Asheville, North Carolina, and Kansas City, Kansas.
