About The Position
Domino’s Pizza is hiring for management positions, including shift runners and assistant managers. Management team members are responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost, inventory, and cash controls, as well as customer relations. They are expected to set an example, follow all policies and procedures, and expect the same from their crew. The role offers opportunities to learn the skills needed to advance to General Manager, with the company promoting from within. With proper experience, assistant managers and general managers may earn $21 to $276 per hour, including sick pay, possible vacation pay, and health care. Lead Assistant Managers are eligible for performance-based bonuses.
Requirements
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Ability to demonstrate team member and food safety protocols.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Hunger to learn and follow proven systems.
