About The Position

The General Manager at Traditions Hospitality Group oversees all aspects of the Chips N Ales Riverwind Casino establishment’s operations. The role leads departments including operations, finance, human resources, and guest services; develops and implements plans to meet business objectives; and supports revenue growth, cost control, guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency. The General Manager also oversees hiring, training, and employee development, reviews performance and financial information to identify opportunities, and responds to guest concerns and operational challenges.

Requirements

Must be at least 21 years of age.
Must be able to pass a background check.
Must be able to obtain a Gaming license.
Must be able to obtain an ABLE license.
At least 2 years of management experience, preferably in a related field, demonstrating leadership and operational skills.
Must be flexible to work nights, weekends, and holidays.
Must maintain a professional appearance and follow the establishment’s dress code.
Must be able to stand and walk for extended periods.

Responsibilities

Provide leadership and direction to operations, finance, human resources, and guest services.
Develop and implement strategic plans to achieve business objectives, revenue growth, and cost control.
Promote exceptional guest service, employee engagement, and operational efficiency.
Oversee hiring, training, and employee development.
Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, operational reports, and financial results to identify improvement opportunities and support data-driven decisions.
Address guest concerns, service failures, and operational challenges promptly and professionally to protect the guest experience and brand reputation.
