About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for the success of the store and the development of its team. This hands-on leadership role oversees daily operations, coaches employees, and ensures customers receive quality products and service. The role is in a fast-paced environment where teamwork and strong communication are essential. Base salary is based on store sales volume, with a bonus.

• Be at least 18 years of age.

• Have solid math, organizational, and time-management skills.
