About The Position

Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a Wendy’s restaurant in Richmond, Virginia. The role provides leadership over a single restaurant, with responsibility for driving sales, achieving performance goals, developing people and teams, and executing operational standards and excellence. Requirements

• At least 3 years of supervisory experience, preferably within quick service restaurants.
• Strong leadership, organizational, critical thinking, and communication skills.
• Ability to perform all duties of restaurant staff.
• At least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals.
• Monitor employees’ tasks to ensure compliance with Quality, Service, and Cleanliness programs.
• Ensure proper training and compliance.
• Manage food, labor, and paper costs, along with other controllable expenses.
• Make decisions regarding employee hiring and termination.
• Attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director.
• Develop restaurant operations skills and grow within the organization.
• Perform all duties of restaurant staff.
