About The Position

Meritage Hospitality Group is seeking an experienced General Manager to lead a single Wendy’s restaurant in Tennessee. The General Manager leads the restaurant management team and is responsible for driving sales, meeting budget and other performance goals, developing people and teams, and executing operational standards and excellence. The role includes managing food, labor, paper, and other controllable costs; ensuring employee training and compliance; and making hiring and termination decisions. The General Manager may attend meetings requested by the District Manager or Area Director and can develop restaurant operations skills and grow within the organization.

Requirements

At least 3 years of supervisory experience; quick service restaurant experience is preferred.
Strong leadership, organizational, critical-thinking, and communication skills.
Ability to perform all duties of restaurant staff.
At least 18 years of age.
High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Lead the restaurant management team to meet sales and budget goals.
