About The Position

The General Manager leads a Five Guys restaurant team, creating a great place to work while delivering excellent food and customer experiences. General Managers are responsible for financial results and are eligible for performance-based bonuses focused on food safety, financial success, and customer experience. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m., without drive-thrus.
