About The Position

The General Manager leads a Five Guys restaurant, with responsibility for financial results and creating a positive workplace for the team. The role calls for setting high standards, leading by example, and delivering an excellent customer experience through friendly service and great food. General Managers are expected to be honest, energetic, motivational, and fun, and to pitch in alongside the team. Most locations operate from 11:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. and do not have drive-throughs. The position offers a starting salary of $60,000–$65,000 per year and eligibility for performance-based bonuses focused on food safety, financial success, and customer experience. General Managers are eligible for up to 12 weeks of paid Family Bonding Leave, with eligibility and duration based on time with the company and eligibility beginning upon hire.
