About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The role requires setting an example by following all policies and procedures and ensuring the crew does the same. Duties also include operating equipment, preparing products, processing orders, managing staffing and schedules, training employees, and maintaining the cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
