About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking passionate and experienced General Managers for its Utah locations. The General Manager leads a team in producing a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product for customers and is accountable for the day-to-day operations of the location. The role involves working under stress in a fast-paced environment while maintaining health and safety procedures.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Computer knowledge.
- Trustworthy, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Passion for pizza and providing a positive customer service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Lead team members and manage the location’s day-to-day operations.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
