About The Position

Domino’s is hiring delivery drivers to deliver orders in the Casper, Wyoming area and support general store operations. The role offers a flexible schedule and opportunities to grow into management or other positions. On-the-job orientation and training are provided.

Drivers must be at least 18 years old, hold a valid driver’s license with a safe driving record that meets company standards, and have access to an insured vehicle for deliveries. They need to navigate to addresses within the delivery area, including through adverse terrain and multi-story buildings. Team members may also operate store equipment, stock ingredients, prepare products, handle orders and payments, take inventory, complete paperwork, and clean equipment and the facility.

The work involves standing for most tasks, short-distance walking, occasional sitting for paperwork, and handling supplies and food products. Conditions may include changing or adverse weather, varying in-store temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, hot surfaces and tools, sharp edges, and moving mechanical parts.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Must have a valid driver’s license and a safe driving record that meets company standards.
• Must have access to an insured vehicle that can be used for delivery.
• Must possess navigational skills to read a map and locate addresses within the designated delivery area.
• Must be able to navigate adverse terrain, including multi-story buildings.
• Ability to comprehend and give correct written instructions.
• Ability to communicate verbally with customers and co-workers to process orders by phone and in person.
• Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide accurately and quickly; may use a calculator.
• Verbal, writing, and telephone skills to take and process orders.
• Motor coordination to make precise, rapid movements with speed.
• Ability to use a computer keyboard or touch screen to enter orders.
• Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
• Ability to stand for most tasks and walk short distances.
• Ability to lift cases weighing up to 50 pounds and stack them on shelves up to 72 inches high.
• Ability to carry food products and supplies, including pizza sauce weighing approximately 30 pounds and dough trays weighing approximately 12 pounds each.
• Ability to push or pull trays on dollies and infrequently navigate stairs or climb a ladder.

Responsibilities

• Deliver orders within the designated delivery area and navigate to customer addresses, including multi-story buildings and adverse terrain.
• Operate store equipment and stock ingredients from delivery areas to storage and work areas.
• Prepare products and receive and process telephone orders.
• Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility approximately daily.
• Unload bulk product deliveries using a hand truck and move supplies to storage or shelves.
• Communicate with customers and co-workers to process orders in person and by phone.
• Enter orders using a computer keyboard or touch screen and make correct monetary change.
