About The Position

As a Hallmark Merchandiser, you independently service the Hallmark department in assigned retail stores, including grocery, drug, department, and mass retailers. You organize and restock products, monitor inventory, maintain product displays, and collaborate with store teams to optimize product placement. You use a Hallmark-provided mobile device for daily tasks and communications, and may occasionally work with products from other companies in the stores you service. This is a part-time role averaging 10–12 hours per week, with a variable schedule during the work week. Work may increase around holidays and seasonal changes, including extended hours, weekends, or—in some cases—the holiday itself. You may also support installations and department resets, working independently or with other merchandisers. The position involves work on retail selling floors and in back stockrooms and has significant physical demands.
