About The Position

Marco's Pizza is seeking a Shift Leader to help maintain a close-knit, values-based team environment. The Shift Leader works productively and supervises store crew members to ensure they perform their responsibilities and help the restaurant achieve customer satisfaction and profitability during their shift. The role requires personal accountability, responsibility, a strong work ethic, and commitment to providing guests with a Five-Star experience.
