Shift Leader / Management South Ogden
About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking engaged, accountable Shift Leaders to help lead store crews and support the continued growth of the business. The role involves working productively and supervising crew members so they perform their responsibilities and the restaurant achieves customer satisfaction and profitability during the shift. Shift Leaders contribute to a close-knit, values-based team environment and help provide guests with a Five-Star experience. Candidates should demonstrate integrity, a professional and courteous work ethic, teamwork, sound communication and basic math skills, and the ability to work safely and effectively in a fast-paced environment. Flexible scheduling is required. Experience is preferred, and the posting notes an opportunity for advancement.
Requirements
- Experience preferred.
- Ability to accurately count money and make change.
- Proficiency in basic mathematical skills, including addition, subtraction, multiplication, and division.
- Ability to communicate tactfully with supervisors, teammates, and guests, verbally and in writing.
- Ability to comply with safety and security policies and procedures.
- Ability to remain calm and focused in high-tempo, stressful environments.
- Ability to work flexible hours and schedules.
- Ability to use store technology and restaurant equipment safely and efficiently.
