About The Position
Marco's Pizza is seeking a General Manager to lead a team at its South Ogden location. The role is responsible for day-to-day operations and for ensuring the team produces a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product for customers. The General Manager works in a fast-paced, high-stress environment while maintaining health and safety procedures, managing team members, and supporting a positive customer-service experience.
Requirements
- At least 2 years of management experience.
- Must be 18 years or older.
- Computer knowledge.
- Trustworthy, results-driven, and team-oriented.
- Passion for pizza and providing a positive customer-service experience.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds.
Responsibilities
- Manage team members and oversee the location’s day-to-day operations.
- Maintain health and safety procedures in a fast-paced environment.
- Manage inventory.
- Handle customer complaints with a positive attitude.
- Hire and train new team members.
- Lead the team in providing a quality, hot, fresh, and consistent product and positive customer service.
