About The Position

General Manager – Taco Bell Cincinnati, OH | $60,000–$65,000 + Bonus Ready to run your own restaurant with a company that's growing? Requirements

Previous General Manager experience in a QSR or fast-casual environment
Proven track record of hitting sales, labor, and food cost targets
Strong people leadership, with a history of developing managers and reducing turnover
Comfort with a fast-paced, high-volume environment
ServSafe certification, or the ability to obtain it
Reliable transportation and open availability

Taco Bell experience is highly preferred

Run the full P&L for your restaurant: sales, labor, food cost, and controllables
Recruit, hire, train, and develop a strong team of shift leaders and crew
Deliver fast, friendly, accurate service and a great guest experience
Uphold brand standards for food safety, cleanliness, and operational excellence
Build a positive team culture that drives retention and results
Identify and develop future leaders for the next restaurant opening
