About The Position

We’re looking for a business-minded manager to lead daily operations and help grow a massage studio. The manager will strengthen the client experience, build local awareness, and develop practical strategies to increase bookings and retention while supporting a positive, professional environment for the team. A great manager believes in the therapeutic benefits of Massage and Skincare Therapy.

Requirements

Experience in management, including experience as a sales manager, operations manager, and/or general manager.
Excellent leadership skills and ability to lead a team in an organized and efficient way.
Customer-service orientation.
Strong verbal and written communication skills.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate with confidence.
Excellent organization and problem-solving skills, with strong project management skills.
Ability to work flexible days and hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
Belief in the therapeutic benefits of massage and skincare therapy.
