About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is seeking a General Manager for its 5400 Preston Hwy location in Louisville. The General Manager oversees all aspects of operations, ensures optimal performance, and drives business growth. The role includes developing and implementing strategic plans, overseeing daily operations, managing financial performance, leading and developing managers and staff, and reporting performance metrics to senior leadership.

Requirements

Proven experience as a General Manager or in a similar senior leadership role.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.
Excellent strategic planning and financial management capabilities.
Demonstrated proficiency in operations management and process optimization.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid problem-solving abilities and decision-making skills.
Experience with customer relationship management and stakeholder engagement.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
Strong ethical standards and commitment to organizational values.

Responsibilities
