About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino's franchise, is hiring a Delivery Driver for its Louisville location on Preston Highway. The driver safely delivers customer orders throughout the Louisville area, providing friendly, professional service and helping maintain customer satisfaction in a fast-paced delivery environment. Drivers plan efficient routes, keep accurate delivery records, report delays and vehicle issues, and work with team members and management to support operations.

Requirements

Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.
At least 2 years of driving history and a clean Motor Vehicle Record that meets company standards.
Access to a reliable, insured vehicle suitable for delivery.
Must pass a comprehensive criminal background check and Motor Vehicle Record verification.
Strong time management and organizational skills to handle multiple deliveries efficiently.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-focused mindset.
Ability to navigate routes using GPS technology and map reading.
Physical ability to safely lift and carry packages of varying sizes.
Reliable transportation and consistent punctuality.
Positive attitude, professional demeanor, and willingness to provide outstanding customer service.

Nice To Haves

Previous delivery or customer service experience.
Knowledge of vehicle maintenance and basic troubleshooting.

Responsibilities

Safely operate a vehicle to deliver orders throughout the Louisville area, following traffic laws and company safety standards.
Plan and execute efficient delivery routes to maximize productivity and minimize delivery times.
Provide friendly, professional customer service at each delivery point.
Maintain accurate delivery records and communicate issues or delays to management promptly.
Inspect the vehicle before and after shifts and report maintenance needs or damage.
Handle packages carefully so orders arrive in excellent condition.
Collect payments when applicable and process transactions accurately.
Respond professionally to customer inquiries and resolve delivery-related concerns with empathy and transparency.
Maintain a clean, organized vehicle interior and follow company appearance standards.
Collaborate with team members and management to support operational goals.
