About The Position

Domino's Pizza is seeking an Assistant Manager for its store at 8404 Preston Hwy in Louisville. The Assistant Manager helps ensure successful store operations and delivers exceptional customer experiences by overseeing daily operations and shifts, leading team members, supporting the store manager, and maintaining operational standards. The role includes customer service, cash handling, food safety, inventory, training, and keeping the store clean and organized. The Assistant Manager leads a shift team of approximately 3 to 15 people, sets a positive example for employees, and helps create a productive and welcoming workplace. The stores operate every day of the year, so the position requires availability for shifts that may include evenings, weekends, and holidays. The role also requires a valid driver's license, access to an insured and reliable vehicle, a clean driving record, and the ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.

Requirements

Proven experience in restaurant or retail management, preferably in food service.
Experience leading a team.
Strong leadership skills and the ability to motivate and manage a team.
Excellent customer service orientation and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in cash handling and basic math skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Effective verbal and written communication skills.
Attention to detail and focus on operational efficiency.
Knowledge of food safety regulations and practices.
Flexibility to work various shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Ability to lift up to 25 pounds and stand for extended periods.
High school diploma or equivalent.
At least 18 years old.
Clean driving record and ability to pass a Motor Vehicle Record check.
Valid driver's license and access to a reliable, insured vehicle.
