About The Position

MBR Management, a locally owned Domino’s franchise, is hiring a reliable, customer-focused Delivery Driver for its Louisville location on Preston Highway. The driver delivers products safely, promptly, and professionally, serving as a representative of the company and helping maintain customer satisfaction. The role includes operating a vehicle on assigned routes, using GPS and mobile applications, handling products carefully, communicating with dispatch and management, and maintaining delivery records and vehicle condition. The position may require flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.

Requirements

• At least 18 years of age and a valid driver’s license.
• At least 2 years of verifiable driving history.
• Access to a reliable, insured vehicle that meets company delivery standards.
• Pass a Motor Vehicle Record Check and meet company driving standards.
• Pass a criminal background check.
• Strong time management and organizational skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to regularly lift, carry, and transport packages weighing up to 50 pounds.
• Proficiency with GPS navigation systems and mobile delivery applications.
• Reliability, punctuality, and a professional attitude.
• Knowledge of basic vehicle maintenance and safety protocols.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.

Responsibilities

• Operate a vehicle safely and efficiently to deliver products within assigned routes and timeframes.
• Use GPS technology and map applications to navigate and optimize delivery routes.
• Load, unload, and transport products carefully and in an organized manner.
• Provide professional customer service, answer questions, and collect payments when applicable.
• Maintain accurate delivery records, including signatures, delivery confirmations, feedback, and issues.
• Perform routine vehicle maintenance checks and promptly report mechanical issues or safety concerns to management.
• Follow traffic laws, safety regulations, and company policies.
• Communicate delivery status, delays, and customer concerns to dispatch and management.
• Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally and work toward satisfactory resolutions.
• Keep the vehicle interior clean and organized.
