The role calls for judgment, math skills, multitasking, and the ability to direct activities, work under stress, meet quality standards, and work independently or with others. The position also involves general store-team duties such as operating equipment, stocking ingredients, preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning equipment and the facility. Orientation and training are provided on the job. Some duties may include delivering products and flyers, and the description states delivery personnel need a valid driver's license, a safe driving record meeting company standards, and access to an insured vehicle. Work includes standing and walking for much of the day, occasional sitting to complete paperwork, and physical tasks such as lifting, carrying, pushing, reaching, bending, crouching, and climbing. The environment can involve hot and cold work areas, food odors, cornmeal dust, sharp edges, moving mechanical parts, cramped spaces, and varying or adverse weather conditions.
