About The Position

The General Manager owns the LA P&L and market performance, leads daily field operations and frontline teams, and is accountable for the LA Metro relationship and escalations. The role also adapts company playbooks to local operating procedures, develops long-term plans for growth and asset maintenance or replacement, and partners with product and engineering to improve units and internal tools. The role involves occasional travel to other markets during onboarding and is then mostly within the LA metro area. Total cash compensation is $150,000–$220,000, including base salary and bonus, with actual compensation dependent on applicable experience, skills, and geographic location. The position is eligible for a comprehensive benefits package, including equity. Throne is an Equal Opportunity Employer and provides reasonable accommodations as applicable by law. Employment may be contingent on acceptable job-related drug testing, motor vehicle reports, and/or background checks, as applicable and permissible by law.
