About The Position

The General Manager is responsible for everything that happens during their shift, including cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations. The manager sets an example by following all policies and procedures and expects the crew to do the same. The role also involves operational, food-management, staffing, scheduling, training, and facility-cleaning duties. Additional information will be provided at the interview and/or hiring.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all activity during the assigned shift.
• Manage cost controls, inventory, cash control, and customer relations.
• Set an example by following all policies and procedures and ensure the crew does the same.
• Operate equipment, stock ingredients, and prepare products.
• Receive and process phone orders; answer phones and take orders.
• Take inventory and complete paperwork.
• Clean equipment and the facility, wash dishes, and clean the store as directed.
• Conduct daily training and orientation.
• Create schedules and manage staffing.
• Manage food operations and provide great customer service.
• Fold boxes and prepare food as needed.
• Maintain a neat, well-groomed appearance.
