About The Position

Rebel Convenience Stores is seeking an Assistant Store Manager to help lead a store team, support daily operations, and deliver a positive customer experience. The role assists the Store Manager with store operations and may step into the Store Manager’s role when needed. It involves supervising, training, and supporting team members; serving customers; maintaining store standards; and helping manage inventory and operational reporting.

Requirements

• 2–4 years of experience in a supervisory or customer service role.
• Strong communication, multitasking, and organizational skills.
• Familiarity with cash registers and basic store equipment.
• Willingness to work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of insurance.
• Flexibility to travel to nearby stores when needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Store Manager with daily operations and step into the Store Manager’s role when needed.
• Supervise, train, and support team members.
• Greet customers, assist with purchases, resolve issues professionally, and build positive relationships with regular guests.
• Keep the store clean, organized, stocked, and safe.
• Follow company policies for transactions, loss prevention, and age-restricted sales.
• Manage inventory, complete reports, and help maintain high operational standards.
• Work overtime, nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
• Travel to nearby stores when needed.
