On-the-job orientation and training are provided. Delivery duties may include delivering products by car, bringing orders to customers' doors, and distributing flyers and door hangers. The work involves standing and walking for much of the shift, with some desk-based paperwork. Physical tasks include lifting and carrying supplies, pushing or pulling trays on dollies, reaching, bending, crouching, and occasionally climbing stairs or ladders. Work may involve hot equipment and surfaces, cooler temperatures, food odors, cornmeal dust, cramped spaces, moving mechanical parts, and varying or adverse weather conditions. Delivery work requires driving and navigating delivery locations, including stairs and other terrain.
