About The Position
Domino’s Team Murph is hiring General Managers in Training for its quick-service restaurant management teams. The role includes a progressive training program in a fun work environment, with the goal of becoming a restaurant General Manager. The ideal candidate is experienced, enthusiastic, and self-motivated. The General Manager drives restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status, supports positive recognition of the Domino’s Pizza brand, and oversees sales, food costs, labor, food safety, team training, customer service, staff motivation, and the security of cash, inventory, and other assets. The position also includes general team-member duties such as operating equipment, stocking and preparing products, processing telephone orders, taking inventory, completing paperwork, and cleaning the equipment and facility approximately daily.
Requirements
- At least one year of management experience.
- At least 18 years old and able to pass a background check and drug screen.
- Meet Image standards.
- For driving managers, have a valid driver’s license with two years of driving history and an insured vehicle.
- Ability to direct activities, perform repetitive tasks, work alone and with others, work under stress, meet strict quality-control standards, deal with people, analyze and compile data, and make judgments and decisions.
- Availability to work a flexible schedule and the hours necessary to open and/or close the store, including some nights, weekends, and holidays; schedule may change to cover store needs.
- Ability to spend up to 100% of work time standing or moving.

Responsibilities
- Drive restaurant operations to achieve 5 Star Status.
- Bring positive recognition to the Domino’s Pizza brand through professionalism, an enthusiastic attitude, and effective communication.
- Review daily sales, food cost, and labor; adjust and follow up accordingly.
- Ensure food safety compliance.
- Ensure proper training of Team Members.
- Establish and maintain a high level of customer service.
- Motivate staff and lead by example.
- Protect the security of cash, inventory, and other assets in accordance with company guidelines and directives.
- Operate all equipment.
- Stock ingredients from the delivery area to storage, work area, and walk-in cooler.
- Prepare product.
- Receive and process telephone orders.
- Take inventory and complete associated paperwork.
- Clean equipment and facility approximately daily.
