About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic General Manager 3 to lead food and environmental services operations at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands‑on leader who thrives in a fast‑paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering high‑quality service, developing teams, and driving operational excellence while supporting a mission‑driven organization. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. This strategic alliance enables us to deliver creative solutions to our clients along with our local partners throughout the communities we serve. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience managing operations in healthcare, hospitality, or a similarly complex environment
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics
A people‑first leadership style with a track record of team development and engagement
Excellent communication and client relationship‑management skills, with the ability to lead change effectively
Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
3 years minimum management experience
3 years minimum functional experience

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily food and/or environmental services operations within a healthcare setting, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Develop, coach, and engage a diverse frontline and management team to deliver exceptional service
Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and patient, guest, and employee satisfaction
