Requirements

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience with a strong background in food service management
  • Proven ability to lead dynamic, high-performing teams and drive cultural and operational transformation
  • Strong financial acumen, including budget management and cost control experience
  • Demonstrated creativity and passion for developing innovative food programs and events
  • Excellent communication and client relationship skills with strong executive presence
  • Solid knowledge of culinary operations, food safety, and sanitation standards, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities
