About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 for one of our Universities segment accounts in La Junta, CO . This position will be at Otero College . This GM will be a strong culinarian leader, responsible for all portions of the account. Sodexo provides college campuses with food, nutrition, environmental, and facilities management solutions. Requirements

• a strong culinary/chef background
• have a work history demonstrating strong employee engagement leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively
• can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
• prioritize tasks and exhibit flexibility to take on additional responsibilities
• Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
• Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years
