About The Position

The General Manager 3 – Food serves as the senior on‑site leader responsible for all foodservice operations within a complex, multi‑unit Sodexo account. This role ensures exceptional service delivery, operational excellence, financial performance, and a strong client partnership while leading a diverse team in a structured, fast‑paced environment.

Requirements

  • Proven experience leading high‑volume or multi‑unit foodservice operations with strong results.
  • Strong financial acumen, including P&L management, budgeting, forecasting, and cost control.
  • Demonstrated ability to build and maintain effective client relationships.
  • Leadership skills that inspire, develop, and engage teams at all levels.
  • Deep knowledge of food safety, sanitation standards, and regulatory compliance.
  • A commitment to service excellence, innovation, and delivering an exceptional guest experience.
  • Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

  • Lead all on‑site foodservice operations, ensuring high‑quality service and strong client satisfaction.
  • Manage and develop a team of managers and frontline staff to drive performance and engagement.
  • Oversee financial operations including budgeting, forecasting, labor planning, and cost control.
  • Ensure compliance with Sodexo standards, food safety protocols, and regulatory requirements.
  • Drive culinary excellence, menu innovation, and a positive guest experience across all service areas.
  • Build strong client partnerships and lead planning for special events and key initiatives.
