About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 - Food to lead daily operations at Buffalo Wild Wings located at Tarleton State University in Stephenville, TX. This role is responsible for delivering strong financial performance, ensuring operational excellence, and creating an engaging guest experience in a high-volume, campus-based restaurant environment. Requirements

5+ years of restaurant management experience in a high-volume environment
Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and interpret financial reports
Strong leadership, communication, and team development skills
Knowledge of food safety, alcohol compliance, and workplace safety standards
Ability to manage multiple priorities with urgency and follow-through
ServSafe (or equivalent) food and alcohol certifications
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience – 5 years
Minimum Functional Experience – 5 years

Responsibilities

Oversee daily restaurant operations to drive revenue, profitability, and cost control
Analyze P&L statements to identify opportunities and address operational challenges
Lead and develop a team of managers and hourly employees, ensuring strong performance and engagement
Deliver an exceptional guest experience through active floor presence and issue resolution
Ensure compliance with food safety, alcohol service, HACCP standards, and company policies
Manage staffing, scheduling, payroll, and administrative functions with accuracy and timeliness
