Sodexo is seeking an experienced and dynamic General Manager 4 – Food to lead operations for the brand-new retail dining space opening at Bellevue Hospital in New York City. This is an exciting opportunity to help launch and shape a new healthcare retail concept within one of the most well-known and fast-paced healthcare systems in the region. The new retail space is currently under development, with an anticipated opening planned for Fall 2026. This leader will play a key role in operational planning, team development, and the successful launch of the program. This high-visibility leadership role will oversee approximately 25 union employees and support a projected retail volume of nearly $4 million annually. While the operation will feature strong culinary leadership onsite, this role will ultimately oversee the full retail operation, driving financial performance, customer experience, operational excellence, and employee engagement.
