About The Position

Sodexo is seeking an experienced General Manager 4 - Food and Nutrition Services to lead daily foodservice operations for 2 hospitals, HMH Old Bridge Medical Center and Raritan Bay Medical Center located in Old Bridge and Perth Amboy, New Jersey. Old Bridge Medical Center operates 113 beds and Raritan Bay operates at 365 beds. They are both community hospitals and part of the Hackensack Meridian Health network.

• Previous supervisory experience
• Ability to work collaboratively
• Culinary production experience
• Strong background in safety and sanitation compliance
• Multi-unit experience
• Ability to manage multiple priorities
• Professional communication skills
• Passion for a high level of customer service
• Ability to prioritize tasks
• Flexibility to take on additional responsibilities as needed
• Working knowledge of Sodexo Food Management Systems (FMS) and Market Connections (MSC)
• Proficient in computer skills and report management experience
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum management experience
• 5 years minimum functional experience
