About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 4 to lead daily foodservice operations for their food team at HMH Riverview Medical Center located in Red Bank, New Jersey. Riverview Medical Center is a nonprofit community hospital with approximately 460 beds, offering comprehensive services including emergency, maternity, and cancer care.

Requirements

• Strong Operations, Finance, Patient, Retail, and Client Relations are essential for success in this role.
• A true commitment to Nursing Relationships and the Patient Experience is needed.
• A work history demonstrating strong leadership skills, as well as previous supervisory experience and the ability to work collaboratively.
• General Manager Food & Nutrition leadership experience in a healthcare environment.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
• 5 years minimum management experience
• 5 years minimum functional experience

Nice To Haves

• New Unit Opening Experience, ideal.
• Staff development, engagement, and understanding of regulatory compliance in NJ a plus.
