About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a dynamic General Manager 3 to lead food and environmental services operations at Kaiser Permanente in Roseville, CA. This role is ideal for a strategic, hands-on leader who thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment and is passionate about delivering high-quality service, developing teams, and driving operational excellence while supporting a mission-driven organization. SodexoMagic is the joint venture partnership between NBA Hall of Famer, Earvin “Magic” Johnson and Sodexo. For almost 20 years, we have provided top-level food, facilities management and integrated services to corporations, healthcare facilities, K-12 schools, colleges, universities and aviation lounges.

Requirements

Proven leadership experience managing operations in healthcare, hospitality, or a similarly complex environment
Strong business acumen with experience in budgeting, financial analysis, and performance metrics
A people-first leadership style with a track record of team development and engagement
Excellent communication and client relationship-management skills, with the ability to lead change effectively
Minimum Education Requirement - Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience
Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
Minimum Functional Experience - 3 years

Responsibilities

Lead and oversee daily food and/or environmental services operations within a healthcare setting, ensuring quality, safety, and regulatory compliance
Manage financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost control
Develop, coach, and engage a diverse frontline and management team to deliver exceptional service
Partner closely with client stakeholders to drive continuous improvement and patient, guest, and employee satisfaction
