About The Position

The General Manager of Construction Technology leads strategic initiatives across the Midwest Construction region, working with operational leaders, technology experts, and manufacturers to improve customer outcomes and accelerate technology adoption. The role is responsible for developing and executing construction technology programs and marketing initiatives, strengthening field technology leadership, coaching construction leaders, and building industry partnerships. The position offers a salary of $100,000–$140,000 per year, up to 50% bonus potential, and a company truck.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or management experience and a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the United States without company sponsorship.
Ability to build trusted partnerships with customers, team members, manufacturers, and business partners.
Strong communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills, along with business acumen.

Nice To Haves

10 or more years of experience in construction technology, heavy equipment, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
Work with field General Managers to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization.
Mentor construction leaders and promote technology leadership excellence throughout the company.
Collaborate with manufacturers, including Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble, to support customer success and technology adoption.
