About The Position

The General Manager of Construction Technology leads strategic initiatives across the Midwest Construction region, partnering with operational leaders, technology experts, and manufacturers to deliver customer outcomes and accelerate technology adoption. The role drives the development and execution of construction technology programs and marketing initiatives, strengthens field technology leadership, develops construction leaders, and builds industry partnerships. The position offers a salary of $100,000–$140,000 per year, up to 50% bonus potential, and a company truck.

Requirements

Previous supervisory or management experience, with a track record of developing high-performing teams.
Ability to build trusted partnerships with customers, team members, manufacturers, and business partners.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
Strong business acumen.
Valid work authorization and ability to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.

10+ years of experience in construction technology, heavy equipment, or a related industry.

Responsibilities

Lead the development and execution of construction technology programs and marketing initiatives.
Partner with field General Managers to assess, develop, and strengthen field technology leadership across the organization.
Mentor construction leaders and champion technology leadership excellence throughout the company.
Collaborate with manufacturers, including Topcon, John Deere Construction & Forestry, Wingtra, and Trimble, to support customer success and technology adoption.
