About The Position

TLC Construction is hiring a hands-on General Construction Team Member for construction, renovation, and maintenance work supporting nursing home facilities in Indiana. The role offers a four-day work week consisting of four 10-hour days, with occasional out-of-town travel. When travel is necessary, hotel, per diem, and travel expenses are covered. The company provides transportation from its warehouse to job sites each day. Pay is $18.00–$30.00 per hour, based on experience. The position includes medical, dental, and vision benefits and a 401(k) program. Applicants must meet state requirements for working in long-term care environments, including passing a criminal background check and drug screen; state law prohibits hiring individuals with a felony conviction within the last five years.
