About The Position

Thrasher is hiring a construction team member to install waterproofing, foundation, and concrete repair solutions. No prior experience is required; employees start as Installers and receive training on tools, processes, and safety standards. Advancement from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead is based on skill. Lead Installers and Team Leads can earn uncapped crew-efficiency bonuses. The role involves reviewing job specifications, loading the truck, completing installations within defined labor targets, collecting payment after the job, following customer and production processes, and maintaining a safe and clean work site. The position offers weekday work, overtime pay, benefits, and opportunities for advancement.

Requirements

Ability to read materials, communicate with others, and use a computer or tablet.
Ability to move around, inspect areas at lower levels, and drive.
Ability to meet the stated physical activity and lifting requirements.
No prior experience is required; training is provided.
Successful background check; employment history, education, and other relevant information may be verified.

Responsibilities

Learn and follow installation tools, processes, and safety standards.
Progress from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead based on demonstrated skill.
For eligible Lead Installers and Team Leads, contribute to crew efficiency and bonus results.
Follow the Customer Messaging and Production Core Process and leave each home cleaner than it was found.
Review job specifications, load the truck, complete installations at or below the defined labor percentage, and collect payment when the job is complete.
Work safely and consistently, and report safety concerns as soon as they are observed.
