About The Position

Thrasher is a family-owned contractor specializing in waterproofing, foundations, and concrete repair. The company hires construction team members as Installers and provides training on tools, processes, and safety standards. Employees can advance from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead based on skill. For Lead Installers and Team Leads, crew efficiency drives uncapped bonus potential. The role involves reviewing job specifications, loading the truck, completing installations at or below the defined labor percentage, collecting payment when work is complete, and following customer messaging and production processes. Team members are expected to deliver a positive customer experience, leave homes cleaner than they found them, and work safely while promptly identifying safety concerns. Work is Monday through Friday, with early starts and early finishes and no weekend work. Overnight travel may involve per diem.

Requirements

No experience required; the company provides training.
Ability to read materials, communicate with others, and use a computer or tablet.
Ability to move around, inspect things at lower levels, and drive.
Ability to perform the listed physical work and lifting demands, including occasional lifting up to 100 pounds and frequent lifting up to 50 pounds.

Responsibilities

Learn and apply company tools, processes, and safety standards through training.
Progress from Installer to Lead Installer to Team Lead based on skill.
Follow Customer Messaging and Production Core Process and leave each home cleaner than it was found.
Review job specifications and load the truck.
Complete installations at or below the defined labor percentage.
Collect payment when the job is complete.
Work safely and consistently, and call out safety concerns when they are observed.
