About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for a potential K‑12 school district sale within the Greater Memphis, TN Region. If you’re energized by leading teams, elevating compliance-driven dining experiences, and making a daily impact, this role offers the opportunity to do all three. As the General Manager, you’ll do more than oversee operations—you’ll help shape the student and community experience by driving innovation, strengthening service excellence, and empowering a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding results. Requirements

  • Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
  • Strong financial acumen, and P&L background
  • Experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, effective system integration capabilities, and a marketing- and food-focused skill set to drive operational excellence and elevate the overall dining experience
  • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • High School Diploma or GED
  • 3 years of management experience
  • 4 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
