About The Position

Sodexo is seeking a General Manager 3 to lead food services for a potential K‑12 school district sale within the Greater Memphis, TN Region. This role offers the opportunity to lead teams, elevate compliance-driven dining experiences, and make a daily impact. As the General Manager, you’ll oversee operations, shape the student and community experience by driving innovation, strengthening service excellence, and empowering a team that takes pride in delivering outstanding results. Sodexo delivers food, nutrition, environmental and facilities management solutions to partnered K-12 schools. Requirements

  • Ability to direct other leaders in a high-volume business
  • Strong financial acumen, and P&L background
  • Experience driving employee engagement and student satisfaction through strong leadership skills
  • Knowledge of client contracts and ability to ensure compliance
  • Strong leadership, financial acumen, effective system integration capabilities, and a marketing- and food-focused skill set to drive operational excellence and elevate the overall dining experience
  • Can manage multiple priorities, demonstrate professional communication skills, and a passion for a high level of customer service
  • Minimum Education Requirement - High School Diploma or GED
  • Minimum Management Experience - 3 years
  • Minimum Functional Experience - 4 years of relevant experience in school nutrition programs
