About The Position

Our client is seeking an experienced CSCS Site Labourer for a new-build site in Boston. The position is to start as soon as possible and is ongoing, with the potential to lead to a permanent role for the right candidate. The site is beginning a new phase of a major new-build housing development. The successful candidate will assist with setting up the site compound, receiving and storing deliveries, and erecting fencing around the compound and site. They should have a good level of site experience and be able to work on their own initiative when required.

Requirements

• A valid, in-date CSCS card.
• A good level of site experience.
• Ability to work on own initiative when required.

Nice To Haves

• An in-date first aid certificate (preferred but not essential).

Responsibilities

• Assist with setting up the site compound.
• Oversee deliveries to the site and take in and store deliveries.
• Erect fencing around the compound and site.
• Carry out general site labouring duties.
• Clean and tidy the site and welfare facilities.
• Lock and unlock the site daily if and when required.
• Assist the Site Manager with duties as required.
