About The Position

As a General Laborer, you will support projects by performing hands-on tasks and helping build refrigeration facilities. The role includes maintaining the warehouse, handling materials, assisting with job-site setup and teardown, and helping wherever needed. You will follow safety and incident-reporting procedures and may travel across the United States, although travel is described as infrequent. On-the-job training may be provided as needed. Weekend and evening hours are sometimes required.

Requirements

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items for extended periods.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Ability to work well with others and communicate effectively.
• Some travel may be required; travel is described as infrequent.

Nice To Haves

• High school diploma or GED is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
• Pick up tools and equipment and secure the site each day.
• Assist with setting up and tearing down job sites.
• Load and unload trucks and move materials as needed.
• Follow safety and incident-reporting procedures; bring concerns to the Superintendent or Director of Safety.
• Travel as needed and learn through on-the-job training.
• Maintain a clean appearance and a motivated, positive attitude.
• Assist with other duties as needed.
