Requirements

Valid driver’s license.
Willingness and ability to learn new tools, equipment, and skills.
Ability to lift 50+ lbs, bend, kneel, and perform physical labor.
Ability to perform physically demanding outdoor work in various weather conditions.
Dependability, good communication, and time-management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Strong commitment to safety and quality workmanship.

Landscaping or construction experience.

Responsibilities

Prepare jobsites for landscape and construction projects.
Assist with patios, walkways, retaining walls, fences, decks, and other projects.
Dig trenches, perform land clearing, and prepare landscape areas.
Plant and maintain lawns and garden beds.
Load, unload, and transport materials, tools, and equipment.
Safely operate hand and power tools.
Perform basic daily equipment inspections, cleaning, and maintenance.
Assist Crew Leaders with daily project needs.
Read and follow basic plans, measurements, and project specifications.
Maintain a clean and safe jobsite.
