About The Position
JMS Turning Point Division is hiring full-time General Laborers for the Bailey Mine Preparation Plant in the Graysville, Pennsylvania area. Day and night shifts are available, and training is provided. Compensation is $22–$23 per hour, with a potential $1-per-hour raise after 90 days pending a performance review. Overtime is available. The role includes paid vacation, paid holidays, healthcare, vision and dental coverage, and a 401(k).
Requirements
- MSHA Surface training and a site tour are required; training will be provided.
- Able to work full shifts, including weekends and holidays.
- Pass a background check, drug and alcohol testing, and a hair follicle test.
- Comfortable working at moderate heights.
- Hard hat, reflective vest or shirt, and metatarsal boots are required and not provided.
Responsibilities
- Keep walkways and catwalks clear of debris.
- Hose and shovel coal and coal dust in the preparation plant, transfer buildings, and silos.
- Perform general labor and maintenance work where needed.
