About The Position
Mullens Markings is hiring a motivated and reliable General Laborer to join its Road Striping & Pavement Marking crew in Greensboro, North Carolina. The role supports road safety and infrastructure work by helping apply roadway markings, setting up traffic control, operating and maintaining equipment, and performing outdoor manual labor. The position requires following company and job-site safety protocols. The schedule may shift to meet project demands, including work at night and on weekends.
Requirements
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail.
- Ability to work nights and weekends and meet shifting schedule demands.
Nice To Haves
- Class A or B CDL.
- Prior experience in road construction, striping, or traffic control.
Responsibilities
- Assist in applying road markings, including lane lines, crosswalks, and symbols, using specialized striping equipment.
- Set up and maintain traffic control devices during road construction and maintenance projects.
- Operate CDL-required vehicles, including trucks and striping machines.
- Perform basic equipment inspections and maintenance.
- Perform manual tasks, including lifting, bending, standing for extended periods, and working outdoors in various weather conditions.
- Follow company and job-site safety protocols.
