About The Position

National Assemblers provides professional assembly services to large retail stores across the country. The Helper assists trained and certified Assembly Technicians by opening, unpackaging, and organizing a minimum of eight items per hour, including items such as bikes and grills. Helpers are paid $15.00 per hour, or their home state's minimum wage, whichever is higher. The company notes opportunities for growth and advancement.

The ideal candidate is hardworking, honest, responsible, and dependable; works well with assemblers, schedulers, Team Leaders, and store personnel; adapts to changes during the workday; maintains professional conduct; and communicates effectively. Helpers must get themselves to work, have reliable transportation for local and out-of-town travel, and regularly access the company website for scheduling, work orders, and payment records.

Requirements

• Able to lift 40 pounds.
• Have reliable transportation for local and out-of-town travel.
• Have regular internet access.
• Use a PC or laptop to access all features of the company website; smartphones and tablets are acceptable for most website applications if they have regular internet access.
• Be responsible and dependable, work well with assemblers, schedulers, Team Leaders, and store personnel, adapt to changes during the workday, behave professionally, and communicate effectively.
