About The Position

The General Laborer / Utility supports mill operations by performing a variety of production, material-handling, housekeeping, and utility duties. The role requires working safely in a fast-paced manufacturing environment and performing physically demanding tasks. Employees must be available for rotating day and night shifts, working 12-hour shifts on a 2-2-3 schedule and rotating between days and nights every two weeks. Career progression may include Winder Helper, Operator, Back Tender, and Machine Tender.

Requirements

• Ability to work both day and night shifts on a rotating 2-2-3 schedule.
• Ability to work 12-hour shifts and overtime as needed.
• Ability to safely perform physically demanding work.
• Strong commitment to safety and teamwork.
• Ability to follow instructions and work independently.

• Previous manufacturing or industrial experience.
